Shipping Policy
Our items are hand made and each will have a different processing time, small items usually take 3-5 business days to create where our medium items can take 2-3 weeks to make, whilst our more complex items can take between 3-8 weeks depending on the complexities of the order, each product will have its own make time estimate on the listing in the description.
Once the order has been made it will be packaged and posted.
For orders in the united kingdom most of the orders will be sent via tracked royal mail. Orders above 2kg in the UK will be sent using FedEx
For international orders we use royal mail international tracked for parcels under 2kg and for parcels above this weight the order will be sent via Fedex.
International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or brokerage fees that may be incurred. These charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if item is faulty or damaged on arrival, and this must be preapproved by us and we will require photos of the damage within 10 days of the costume arriving for us to approve the return. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
