Shunting Satin Front Laced Medieval Women's Kirtle Dress 14th Century Costume Available in Several Colours
Through out history people have continually changing and creating new fashions and during medieval times this lead to the kirtle a long dress worn by many through out the century's.
We make ours from shantung poly satin fabric available in a variety of colours to chose from for the main fabric. For the lining we use a cream soft cotton with the dress being fastened at the Front with eyelet lacing. The front of the skirt is shorter where as the back of the skirt is longer with a slight train to it.
For sizing i will need your
waist size (biggest waist size i go up to is 38")
Bust size
(also say if you would like it to be tight lace fitting or lose fitting as both styles were worn during the medieval period)
Shoulder to shoulder
Hips
Wrist
Upper Arm Length
shoulder to floor measurements ( however if you would like it to fall longer than floor length or shorter give us this length as well take in to account the Hight of shoes you will be wearing)we require your phone number for us to post your order as the parcel carrier requires it.
