Made from a poly Shantung satin with an option of 20 different colours. The panniers tie around the waist allowing you to adjust the positioning to your fit then can be tied in a bow to secure.

Too Give the shape and support to lift the weight of skirts on top, flat steel boning is used which is strong and holds it shape and structure very well.
