Made From shantung Red poly Satin with flock vinyl white circles. This listing can either be brought as the whole outfit (which includes skirt, capelet and white blouse. or you can order the cape or skirt individually.

The caplet is tided with ribbon ties at the front and has a lace trim that runs along the edge of it .

The skirt is made from the same fabric as the capelet and is fastened at the waist belt by hooks and eyes.

The blouse is elasticated and made from white cotton gauze.
