Cotton Historical Underskirt Petticoat Skirt Fantasy Historic Inspired Costume

Made from 100% Cotton pleated at the waist then along the hem a ruffle runs all the way around helping to give lift to dresses worn worn over the top of it.

The skirt is fastened at the waist band with hook and eye fastenings at the back.

This is a grate petticoat for filling out the layers underneath a over skirt or to give and extra layer of warmth.
